Each Rod Tube Kit comes with 1 x Denier Sleeve, 1 x Foam Insert (For the cap) and 1 x Rubber Butt Piece. You just need to supply the tubing!

This tube kit is for a multi section fly rod... 3, 4 or 5 pieces.  To build this kit, you will need to purchase some 1-1/2" PVC or ABS Tubing.  It needs to be the smaller size to comfortably accomidate 2 piece rods so they won't bang around in the tube causing damage.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Cut PVC/ABS tubing one inch longer than the longest section of your fly rod.
2. Slide Sleeve over tubing - Zippered End First!  It may be tight.
3. Pull the top of the Sleeve down until the zipper is just barely above the top end of the tubing.
4. Place foam insert inside the zippered cap, foam end towards the tubing and zip.
5. Trim bottom of Sleeve about 1” longer than the PVC and tuck excess inside tube.
6. Before gluing, place Rubber Butt Cap onto tube end to insure that everything fits correctly.
7. If all is okay, remove Rubber Butt Cap, put PVC Pipe Cement on inside sides of rubber cap and replace on tube and let dry before putting rod into tube!
