Originally designed by *Mark Boname as a midge for the Grey Reef Section of the North Platte River the Split Foam Back™ - Flashback Baetis is the replacement to our previous fly... the Split Foam Back™ - Purple Back Baetis™. The material for the purple back has been discontinued by the manufacturer and we had to move back to a standard flashback material
